Stuffed Pork Chops



  1. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sesame seeds, granulated garlic, granulated onion, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and granulated lemon peel. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut a pocket into each pork chop by making a horizontal slit on the thickest side. Fill each pocket with the breadcrumb mixture and press to close.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the outside of the stuffed pork chops with olive oil and season with a little salt.
  5. Place the stuffed pork chops on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).Use indirect heat if the stuffing starts to burn.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
