Baked Clams By The Spice Way May 28, 2024 Ingredients: 24 littleneck clams, cleaned and scrubbed 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450’F (230’C). In a bowl combine minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place cleaned clams on a baking sheet. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture onto each clam.
