Baked Clams


  • 24 littleneck clams, cleaned and scrubbed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 450’F (230’C).
  2. In a bowl combine minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place cleaned clams on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture onto each clam.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the clams are cooked and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
