Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  2. Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and a side salad or grilled vegetables.
