Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane form the back of the ribs for more tender meat.
  2. In a bowl, combine black pepper, granulated onion, granulated garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili flakes, salt, and brown sugar.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat starts to pull away from the bones.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes, turning and basting with more barbecue sauce, until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are nicely charred.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
