Ingredients:
- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sesame seeds, granulated garlic, granulated onion, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and granulated lemon peel. Add a pinch of salt.
- Cut a pocket into each pork chop by making a horizontal slit on the thickest side. Fill each pocket with the breadcrumb mixture and press to close.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the outside of the stuffed pork chops with olive oil and season with a little salt.
- Place the stuffed pork chops on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).Use indirect heat if the stuffing starts to burn.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
