Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (or oat milk)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong coffee)
Preparation
- Heat milk, pumpkin, sugar, spice, and vanilla until steaming (do not boil).
- Froth with a whisk or frother.
- Divide espresso between mugs, top with spiced milk.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a pinch of spice.
Plating Note: Use a clear glass mug to showcase the layers; add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
