Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- ½ cup neutral oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and spice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugar, and milk.
- Fold wet into dry until just combined.
- Bake 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Plating Note: Serve thick slices with a pat of butter and a light sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice.
