Pasta with Herbes de Provence Cream Sauce By The Spice Way Dec 2, 2025 Serves: 4 Ingredients 12 oz pasta of choice 2 cups heavy cream 1 garlic clove, smashed 2 tsp Herbes de Provence ½ cup grated Parmesan Salt & pepper Preparation Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup cooking water. Simmer cream with garlic and Herbes de Provence for 10 minutes; strain out solids. Stir in Parmesan; season to taste. Toss pasta with sauce, adding a splash of reserved water if needed.
