Add water, olive oil, and Herbes de Provence; knead 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover; rise 1 hour until doubled. Shape into an oval; cut leaf-like slits and gently open them. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden. Optional Plating Note: Serve whole on a wooden board; tear one piece slightly to reveal the airy crumb. Share Link copied!
