Lamb Chops with Garlic–Herbes de Provence Butter

Serves: 4 (2 chops each)

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Rub chops with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear in a hot skillet 3 minutes per side (to medium-rare or preference).
  3. Melt butter with garlic in the pan; spoon over chops.
  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Optional Plating Note: Cross the chops (bones overlapped) and spoon the garlic butter across the top.
