Lamb Chops with Garlic–Herbes de Provence Butter By The Spice Way Dec 2, 2025 Serves: 4 (2 chops each) Ingredients 8 lamb chops 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp Herbes de Provence 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp butter Salt & pepper Preparation Rub chops with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet 3 minutes per side (to medium-rare or preference). Melt butter with garlic in the pan; spoon over chops. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
