Lettuce Wraps


  • Lettuce leaves 
  • Ground chicken or turkey 
  • Chopped vegetables (such as onions, bell peppers, carrots) 
  • Soy sauce 
  • Hoisin sauce 
  • Rice vinegar 
  • Sesame oil 
  • Sesame Seeds 
  • Cilantro 
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, peanuts or cashews, Sriracha sauce 



  1. Cook ground chicken or turkey in a skillet until browned. 
  2. Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender. 
  3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. 
  4. Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves. 
  5. Top with optional toppings like chopped green onions, cilantro, and nuts. 
  6. Serve and enjoy your lettuce wraps!
