Crab Cake Sliders With Lemon-Mustard Sauce

Serves: 8 sliders

Ingredients

For the Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb cooked lump crab meat, picked over for shell pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon The Spice Way Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon The Spice Way Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon The Spice Way Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, plus more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Sauce

For Serving

  • 8 slider buns, lightly toasted
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Optional: pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, egg, Dijon, ground mustard, paprika, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and parsley.
  2. Gently fold in crab meat and panko.
  3. Shape into 8 patties and chill 20–30 minutes.
  4. Cook in olive oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Mix sauce ingredients and assemble sliders with buns and toppings.
