Crab Cake Sliders


  • 1 lb lump crab meat 
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • Slider buns 
  • Lettuce leaves 
  • Sliced tomatoes 



  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Shape mixture into patties. 
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
  4. Cook crab cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
  5. Toast slider buns lightly. 
  6. Assemble sliders with lettuce, crab cake, and tomato slices. 
  7. Serve and enjoy your delicious Crab Cake Sliders!
