Honey Sesame Glazed Chicken


  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • I tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Cooked rice for serving


  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, granulated garlic, and granulated onion.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then toss with half of the honey-sesame mixture.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the remaining honey-sesame mixture into the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions if desired
  7. Serve the Honey Sesame Glazed Chicken over cooked rice.
