Ingredients:
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon The Spice Way Dried Oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon The Spice Way Black Pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
2. Brush the marinade onto the swordfish and let it sit 15 to 20 minutes at cool room temperature.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high and oil the grates. Grill the swordfish 4 to 5 minutes per side, until just cooked through and the thickest part reaches 145°F.
4. Let rest 2 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges and parsley if using.
