Gourmet Mummy Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

  • 8 gourmet hot dogs
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. roll out the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips.
  3. Wrap each hot dog with the puff pastry strips, leaving a small gap near the top for the mummy's face.
  4. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle a pinch of smoked paprika on top for the flavor and color.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Use mustard or ketchup to create mummy eyes on the exposed part of the hot dog.Serve hot.
