Ingredients:
- 8 gourmet hot dogs
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- roll out the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips.
- Wrap each hot dog with the puff pastry strips, leaving a small gap near the top for the mummy's face.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle a pinch of smoked paprika on top for the flavor and color.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
- Use mustard or ketchup to create mummy eyes on the exposed part of the hot dog.Serve hot.
