Tacos

Ingredients:

    • 1 lb beef, chicken, pork, or tofu, thinly sliced or cubed
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • 1 bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade taco seasoning mix
    • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
    • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

    Toppings:

    • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, salsa, sour cream, avocado slices

    Instructions:

    1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
    2. Add the sliced meat or tofu to the skillet and cook until browned.
    3. Stir in taco seasoning, granulated onion, and bell pepper slices, cook for another 3-5 minutes.
    4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
    5. Spoon the cooked filling onto the warmed tortillas.
    6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices.
    7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious tacos!
