Pico De Galo


    • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
    • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
    • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
    • Salt to taste


    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, chopped cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.
    2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
    3. Sprinkle granulated onion, ground cumin seeds, and salt over the ingredients.
    4. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
    5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
    6. Let the pico de gallo sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
    7. Serve as a topping for tacos, nachos, or grilled meats. Enjoy!
