Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the basil pesto and serve.
