Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken slices in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil and stir-fry the bell pepper, snow peas, and carrot until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve with steamed rice.
