Soy-Ginger Glazed Salmon


Serves: 4 

Ingredients 

  • 4 salmon fillets 

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 

  • 1 tablespoon honey 

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger 

  • 1 teaspoon oil 

Preparation 

  1. Combine glaze ingredients; simmer 5 minutes with star anise. 

  1. Brush salmon and bake 12–15 minutes at 400°F (200°C). 

Plating Note: Remove pod before glazing; garnish with lime zest.
