Shrimp Scampi


  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 of lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add minced and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  3. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, then stir in chopped parsley. Cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
