Savory Roasted Carrots With Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, spice, and salt.
  3. Roast 20–25 minutes until tender; drizzle with honey and roast 5 minutes more.

Plating Note: Arrange carrots neatly on a platter and spoon over the pan juices.
