Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp hot oil or ghee
- Salt (to taste)
- Water (as needed)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric, ancho chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add hot oil or ghee and mix well. Gradually add water to form a firm dough.
- Use a chakli press to shape the dough into spirals.
- Heat oil and fry the chaklis on medium heat until golden and crispy.
