Samosa Chakli

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp hot oil or ghee
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric, ancho chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Add hot oil or ghee and mix well. Gradually add water to form a firm dough.
  3. Use a chakli press to shape the dough into spirals.
  4. Heat oil and fry the chaklis on medium heat until golden and crispy.
