Barfi By The Spice Way Oct 31, 2024 Ingredients: 1 cup condensed milk 2 cups milk powder 1/4 cup ghee 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios) Saffron strands (optional) Instructions: Heat ghee in a pan on low heat, add condensed milk and mix well. Gradually add milk powder, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. Add ground cardamom and mix.
