Baked Salmon With Lemon Peel and Parsley

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Brush mixture over salmon evenly.
  5. Bake 10–14 minutes until salmon flakes easily or reaches 145°F.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
