Baked Salmon With Lemon Peel and Parsley By The Spice Way Apr 3, 2024 Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) Salt and The Spice Way Black Pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves The Spice Way Garlic, minced 2 teaspoons The Spice Way Lemon Peel 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped parsley Lemon slices, for garnish Instructions Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and black pepper. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
