Rice with Meat

INGREDIENTS:

(6 servings)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp The Spice Way Ras El Hanout
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cups white rice (optional: steep in water to reduce cooking time)
  • 2 tsp The Spice Way Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil

 

Preparation:

1. Fry the onion until it becomes transparent, Mix the Ras El Hanout with the beef and fry it lightly with olive oil. 

2. Add 2.5 cups of water, bring to a boil and cook on a small flame for 10 minutes. 

3. Add Salt and black pepper to taste, Italian seasoning and rice. Bring to a boil and cook on a small flame 20-30 minutes until the rice is ready.
