Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add pumpkin, eggs, spice, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Pour into crust and bake 50–60 minutes until set. Chill overnight.
Plating Note: Slice cleanly with a hot knife; top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
