Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin, eggs, spice, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  5. Pour into crust and bake 50–60 minutes until set. Chill overnight.

Plating Note: Slice cleanly with a hot knife; top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
