    • 1 bag of tortilla chips
    • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a
    • blend)
    • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
    • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
    • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa


    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (17°5C).
    2. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
    4. Scatter black beans, diced jalapenos, diced tomatoes and diced onion over the cheese.
    5. Sprinkle granulated onion and granulated garlic evenly over the toppings.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the nachos.
    8. Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Enjoy your delicious nachos!
