Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup semolina (optional, for extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, cumin seeds, salt, and ghee. Rub the ghee into the flour until it resembles crumbs.
  2. Add water gradually to form a firm dough.
  3. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut it into small diamond or rectangular shapes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pieces on medium heat until golden and crispy.
