Laddoo By The Spice Way Oct 31, 2024 Ingredients: 2 cups gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup ghee 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional) Instructions: Heat ghee in a pan, add gram flour, and roast on low heat until golden and aromatic. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add powdered sugar, ground cardamom, nutmeg, and nuts (if using). Mix well. Form the mixture into small laddoos while still warm. Share Link copied!
