Ingredients:
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1/4 cup cream
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, ancho chili powder, and cardamom. Cook until the masala thickens and releases oil.
- Add garam masala, salt, and paneer cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cream and simmer for a minute.
