Lemon Dill Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon-dill mixture.
  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
