Garlic and Herb Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • 6 ears of corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, dill, and parsley.
  3. Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges for a fresh burst of flavor.
