Baked Salmon with Mustard–Herbes de Provence Glaze

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Mix Dijon, honey, and Herbes de Provence.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper; brush with mustard mixture.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until just flaky.

Optional Plating Note: Serve on a long plate with a fresh lemon wedge and visible herb speckles on the glaze.
