Baked Salmon with Mustard–Herbes de Provence Glaze By The Spice Way Dec 2, 2025 Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp honey 2 tsp Herbes de Provence 2 tbsp butter, melted Salt & pepper Preparation Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment. Mix Dijon, honey, and Herbes de Provence. Season salmon with salt and pepper; brush with mustard mixture. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake 12–15 minutes until just flaky. Optional Plating Note: Serve on a long plate with a fresh lemon wedge and visible herb speckles on the glaze. Share Link copied!
