Grilled Chicken Breasts with Herbes de Provence Marinade

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • (Optional) 2 tbsp plain yogurt

Preparation

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper (add yogurt if using).
  2. Coat chicken and marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Optional Plating Note: Slice diagonally, fan on the plate, and add thin lemon slices with a pinch of fresh thyme.
