Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- (Optional) 2 tbsp plain yogurt
Preparation
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper (add yogurt if using).
- Coat chicken and marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Grill over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Optional Plating Note: Slice diagonally, fan on the plate, and add thin lemon slices with a pinch of fresh thyme.
