Dill and Lemon Zest Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, garlic powder, fresh dill, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Grill the wings for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauces.
