Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
