Makes: about 3/4 cup
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons The Spice Way Chimichurri Blend
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- Pinch of salt, if needed
Preparation:
1. Place the Chimichurri Blend in a bowl with the garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and warm water. Let it sit 5 minutes so the dried herbs soften slightly.
2. Whisk in the olive oil until fully combined.
3. Taste and add a pinch of salt only if needed.
4. Let the sauce rest 15 to 30 minutes before serving so the flavors come together.
5. Plating Note: Spoon over grilled steak, chicken, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread.
