A wonderful Beef stuffed peppers with spices and rice

Ingredients for 5 servings:

2 tbsp The Spice Way Barbeque Blend

6 medium size Bell Peppers

2 cups of rice

1 lb ground beef

1 onion

1 beet

2 tbsp tomato paste

Honey to taste

2  lemons

1 tbsp The Spice Way Pure Paprika

Black pepper to taste

1 tsp The Spice Way Ground turmeric

Salt to taste



1. place the rice in a bowl and cover with water

2. Add the spices and blend

3. Fry the beef with black pepper, salt and paprika

4. Add the meat to the rice. 

5. Fry the onion, add beet and tomato paste and bring to a boil. 

6. Cut the peppers and fill with the mixture

7. Add lemon and honey (optional)
