Classic Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

For the Burgers:

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef, preferably 80/20
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

For Serving:

  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper. Form 4 patties with a center dimple.
  2. Cook on grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Flip, cook to 160°F, and melt cheddar on top in final minute.
  4. Assemble burgers with buns, sauces, and toppings.
