INGREDIENTS:

• 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
• 1 teaspoons tomato powder 
• 1-2 teaspoon minced onion 
• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 
• 3 tablespoons olive oil 
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
• Salt and pepper, to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Arrange tomato and onion slices on a plate. Sprinkle with basil. 
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
