- 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 teaspoons tomato powder
- 1-2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Arrange tomato and onion slices on a plate. Sprinkle with basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
