Mediterranean Orzo Delight By The Spice Way May 15, 2024 INGREDIENTS: 1 lb orzo pasta, cooked al dente and cooled 1 cup spinach, chopped 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled 1-2 teaspoons tomato powder 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS: In a large bowl, mix orzo, spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts.
