Makes: 6 Cups

Ingredients

• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix, 3.9 oz
• 1/2 teaspoon The Spice Way Ground Cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon The Spice Way Ground Nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon The Spice Way Ground Ginger
• 20 chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1/4 teaspoon The Spice Way Ground Cinnamon
• Pinch of The Spice Way Ground Cloves
• Pinch of The Spice Way Ground Ginger
• 6 Milano cookies or other oval cookies, for tombstones
• Black edible marker or black icing
• Gummy worms
• Candy bones or skulls, optional

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, whisk the cold milk, chocolate pudding mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger for about 2 minutes, until thickened. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
2. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with the cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
3. Spoon the pudding into 6 small cups and top each with a thick layer of spiced cookie crumbs.
4. Write “RIP” or short names on the Milano cookies, insert them into the pudding, and decorate with gummy worms and candy bones or skulls.
