Garlic Parmesan Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets 
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets 
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese  
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.  
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
