Fried Calamari By The Spice Way May 28, 2024 Ingredients: 1 pound Calamari rings and tentacles 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and black pepper to taste Vegetable oil for frying Lemon zest Instructions: In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350’F (175’C). Dredge calamari in the flour mixture and shake off excess.
