Ingredients (for ~2 pint jars):
- ~1 lb (450 g) small cucumbers
- 1 cup (240 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon of The Spice Way Pickling Spice per jar (total 2 tbsp)
Instructions:
- Prepare cucumbers: Wash and dry cucumbers. Trim ends.
- Make brine: In a saucepan, bring vinegar, water, salt, and sugar to a boil. Stir in spices.
- Pack jars: Pack cucumbers into jars, then pour hot brine over them.
- Seal & store: Seal jars and let cool, then refrigerate. Wait about 2 weeks for peak flavor.
