Ingredients:

• 2 lbs potatoes, boiled, cooled, and diced
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1/4 cup celery,chopped
• 1/4 cup onion minced, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

1.  In a large bowl, mix potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion.
2. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Garnish with paprika. Chill before serving.
