Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds (680g) ground chuck (80/20 blend)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 brioche burger buns, toasted
- 4 slices aged cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons caramelized onions
- Arugula
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 tablespoons aioli or truffle mayo

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill patties about 4 minutes on one side. Flip, add cheese, and cook until desired doneness, about 3 more minutes for medium-rare.
- On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a layer of arugula, followed by the grilled patty with cheese, caramelized onions, two slices of bacon, and a dollop of aioli or truffle mayo. Add any optional toppings like sautéed mushrooms or avocado slices if desired.
- Cap with the top half of the brioche bun. Serve immediately with a side of sweet potato fries or a mixed green salad for a complete gourmet experience
