Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, grated and squeezed dry
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon The Spice Way Baharat Spice Blend
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon The Spice Way Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, parsley, Baharat, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
- Divide mixture into 4 portions and flatten each portion in your hand.
- Place a hard-boiled egg in the center of each portion and wrap beef around it completely, sealing well.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until browned and cooked through (160°F internal temperature).
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing in half and serving.
