Baharat Beef-Wrapped Eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, parsley, Baharat, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 portions and flatten each portion in your hand.
  4. Place a hard-boiled egg in the center of each portion and wrap beef around it completely, sealing well.
  5. Brush lightly with olive oil and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until browned and cooked through (160°F internal temperature).
  7. Rest 5 minutes before slicing in half and serving.
