Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (No-Churn)

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tablespoons The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Whip cream to stiff peaks.
  2. Fold in condensed milk, pumpkin, spice, and vanilla.
  3. Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze 6 hours or until firm.

Plating Note: Scoop into bowls, drizzle with caramel, and dust lightly with Pumpkin Pie Spice.
