Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tablespoons The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Whip cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold in condensed milk, pumpkin, spice, and vanilla.
- Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Plating Note: Scoop into bowls, drizzle with caramel, and dust lightly with Pumpkin Pie Spice.
